THE TIMELINE
HOW A ROLE RUNS
Every role follows the same shape. Knowing it up front is the whole point.
The role is open for two weeks
While applications are open, our recruiters also reach out to people on LinkedIn who look like a strong fit, so the pool builds from both sides.
At two weeks, we read everything
We review every application that has come in by then, all of them, whatever the source.
We bring a fixed shortlist to the first interview
We know our interview-to-hire ratio, so we know how many people to move forward. It is a set number, often around a dozen, and the same bar applies whether you applied, were referred, or were sourced.
Later applications become our backup
Applications that arrive after the shortlist is set are our backup, and we come to them if we cannot hire from the first group.
WHY WE RUN IT THIS WAY
A SHORT, CLEAR PROCESS IS THE FAIR ONE
We think a fixed process is fairer than an open-ended one, and it comes down to time. When review never closes, people sit at final stages while new applications keep arriving behind them, and it becomes hard to know where anyone stands. With a fixed window and a fixed shortlist, you know the timeline, the number of interviews, and how many people you are up against at each stage.
It has a real cost, and we would rather be straight about it. Someone who applies in week four, with a great profile, may reach us only as backup, because by then we are usually close to final interviews with the first shortlist. That is exactly why the timing below matters.
WILL YOU HEAR BACK?
IF WE SPEAK, ALWAYS
Once you have talked with someone here, you get an answer at every stage, whatever the outcome, and we mean a real one. If we did not get to your application this time, you will not hear from us, and here is the honest reason: a single role can draw around 300 applications in the first two weeks. Instead of sending everyone the same few lines, we put that time into real, specific feedback for the people we meet.
THE ONE THING THAT HELPS
APPLY INSIDE THE WINDOW
If you want the odds in your favour, the move is simple: apply within the first two weeks. That window is the one real guarantee that your application is read.
Follow us on LinkedIn and turn on job alerts, because every role we hire for is posted there. What you see is what we are hiring: the roles are public, and they are filled from the people who apply, are referred, or are sourced.
Messaging a recruiter is always welcome, and hundreds of those land every month. They are lovely for a hello, and the thing that actually counts is the application inside the window.
